ARTARTRIT is a change in joint tissues that, from a biological point of view, occur in humans due to the biological conflict of self-depreciation. Globally it is the devaluation of their forces, abilities, capabilities. But the part of the body will point us to a more precise content of the conflict. I have already written that when we do not solve the conflict at the level of the psyche and our limbic system lives a long time in suffering, namely the conflict of self-depreciation is long and sharpens us, as a rule from childhood, then to help us survive, our the automatic brain begins to solve the problem with the help of the body. Why is he doing this? That's what nature did. Any suffering, short-term and strong or long-term, which is found in us in such a way that we do not notice it, our brain perceives as a threat to life. So what is it to help the body in self-depreciation of its forces and capabilities, causing arthritis? The body is trying to improve for what a person could! In order for him to become strong, able to achieve what he thinks today he cannot. And the body in the active phase of the conflict, in the midst of suffering and experience, begins to ulcer the tissues of joints and cartilage. In order to build new, more powerful, strong and elastic in place of ulceration. The brain takes the signal literally. Weak? Wait, I'm going to improve you. The very build-up of tissues occurs in the recovery phase after the conflict. For example, a person suffered for several days with thoughts that he was not able to physically pull the weeding of the garden or a trip to the children in another area, but then still weeded and reached. And i'm a little relaxed. Then the recovery phase began and his hands or feet became very ill. The recovery phase of the artirt is always accompanied by pain and swelling. What's physically going on? Physically ulcerated in the active phase of the conflict joints begin to rough and plump. To become firmer. To help. Is this help effective? Of course not. As in all other cases, helping our body to resolve psychological conflicts is never effective. In nature, when there is a biological threat - attacking predators, for example - the body needs to be physically improved. And our predators are thoughts in their heads. Devaluing the words of parents in childhood: "you're a wimp, you can't even give up, you act like a girl." "I washed my laundry on the river with my hands in cold water at your age, and you can't even handle cleaning in the apartment." And so on. Situations that make us devalue ourselves occur throughout our lives. Sports failures, take even the usual physical education at school. Rivalry with classmates or colleagues. Negative assessments of loved ones. "How clumsy you are," says the adult mother of her daughter, "you can't even swaddle a child." And the young woman begins to have a ching hand. I can give hundreds of examples here. And there are also tragedies. The child dies after a long illness and the father blames himself for not being able to hold, did not do everything to save. And also the joints in the hands become inflamed and after the pain for years. You probably already guess why with age with joint pain faces many more people than in youth? Our body is aging, progress is not in time, life is not the same as 30 years ago. The question of self-worth often comes to the fore. I can't take care of my loved ones the way I used to. I'm not that nimble and I can't save the world. No one needs me anymore. And instead of accepting your second maturity as wisdom, accept the new pace of your own life and start to enjoy the fact that there is no need to hurry - no more need to lay the rails of the railway on which will go the echelon that saves world -- man begins to suffer from the fact that he is no longer able so quickly, so much, so much as before. As for osteoarthritis: it is a protracted, many years recurrent conflict of self-depreciation, where the body in an attempt to improve the tissues, very much depleted them. And if arthritis in the initial stages can be caught, because only for the first time fell ill strongly, to solve the conflict at the level of the psyche, to give the body time to recover and never face this problem again. That in the case of osteoarthritis, the body will be much more difficult to recover. But the conflict still needs to be solved, because the body will continue to act on the same program and only worsen the situation. I don't give many examples here and i don't sort them by body parts intentionally. You can write a separate post about each part of the body. There is a lot of accumulated knowledge about each finger on the hand, about each vertebra. About every joint in the body. And at the same time you will still have your own story. Their own events that triggered a biological conflict of arthritis or osteoarthritis. Come, we'll look.
