People from the second camp on the contrary are dissatisfied with their weight. It doesn't matter if it's two extra kilos or 50. And then the reasons may lie in the area of protection from attack, lack of love, abandonment, suppression of will, responsibility for others, which lies on the person as a heavy burden, seizing territory, concealing their sexuality, because contacts with The opposite sex was painful either in the past at all there was a rape or his attempt, as well as a conflict of similarity to everyone in the family, if the loved ones are all overweight, and I will be thin, perhaps I will not accept. And then there's The Delayed Life Syndrome: when I lose weight, I'll have a job/lover/new dresses/dance lessons.
Each story is individual and with each story I personally work from two sides: we find conflict, study eating behavior, find ways to solve the conflict and ways to change eating behavior.
