Lung disease

Lung function is gas exchange – supply of haemoglobin oxygen, carbon dioxide withdrawal. If a man doesn't breathe, he'll die. Fear of inability to breathe – fear of death.

In biology, the conflict behind the changes in the lungs is a conflict of fear of death. When a person is a
fraid of the possibility to die, he needs to get as much oxygen as possible. Or get rid of carbon dioxide as soon as possible.

At the same time, any panic or threat to life, even if nothing physically dangerous at this moment occurs, is read by our automatic brain as a real threat in the moment. It starts to change the lung tissue immediately. The real threat hasn't gotten to us yet, or it may never get there. But a person is afraid and the brain is afraid of it enough. Because of the fear of death, various changes in lung tissue can occur: pneumonia, pulmonary sarcoidosis, lung scarring, pulmonary fibrosis, candidiasis of the lungs, tuberculosis, cystic fibrosis of the lungs, pneumothorax, emphysema of the lungs, lung cancer.

This vital conflict of fear of death is formed with a strong archaic fear of suffocation (memory of suffocation in the genus), at risk of breathing (dangerous to inhale or exhale).

What are the language of the conflict of fear of death may be:

  • Warning doctors about the development of a terrible diagnosis in case of something that a person does in his life (for example, smoking)
  • Watching the care of a loved one. Fear for his life: instantaneous in the event of sudden death of a loved one or prolonged.
  • Instant fear for your life – accident or threat of an accident (storm, earthquake, etc.).
  • Prolonged fear for his life because of the suspicion of doctors or the making of a fatal diagnosis
  • Long-term fear for one's life due to an epidemic of dangerous disease
  • Being in a dangerous situation (war, occupation, imprisonment, etc.)
  • A person does not feel safe and is looking for a way out. In this case, the psyche can regard death as an outlet.
  • Unconscious fear of suicide.

In the active phase of the conflict, lung cells will increase to enhance the function of oxygen. More light – more oxygen is captured and more carbon dioxide is excreted. This is usually asymptomatic. The human process of cell growth does not notice.

But when the conflict is resolved and the recovery phase comes, mycobacteria will come to the lung and there will be inflammation, swelling, temperature and other consequences.

Unfortunately, with a strong fear of death in the body there are such changes, which the body is not always able to restore. Often he does not have time, and in addition, discovering the symptoms of the recovery phase, a person begins to fear even more than launches a newly active phase of the conflict of fear of death. It is not possible to get out of this state without the help of doctors, or it does not work at all.

In addition, the mass of accumulated conflict and its strength accelerate and strengthen the process of irreversible changes.

At risk, as you can guess, are elderly people who unconsciously every year are more and more afraid of approaching death – the moment of the last breath. As well as people with various chronic and incurable diseases.

What to do not to be afraid of death?

  1. Find someone that is the right way for you to reduce anxiety. There you will be able to find what exactly is behind your fear of death.
  2. Ensure exactly the security that your unconscious requires as long as it demands. Even if it seems reckless to others. If it's a clogged fridge, fine. If the ambulance phone is on the wall, fine. Anything that helps you calm down, let it work for you. But do not forget that these are temporary measures and do not get rid of the deep fear in this way.
  3. Find any literature that will support you: about the fear of death and the work of psychologists with this, fate, strength of spirit, relocation of souls. Find a version that will calm you down.
  4. Talk to your loved ones about it. Especially with those who make you feel confident. With those who could always calm you down and support you.
  5. Let's die. Yes, it will happen to each of us. These are the rules of the game. "Yes, I can die at any moment, I admit it. But I plan to live long and be happy."
  6. Engage in any practices that create energy and help the body to be calm. Yoga, qigong, meditation, breathing practices and so on.
